Hibiki Japanese Harmony, the brand new Suntory whisky created by Suntory’s chief master blender Shinji Fukuyo, is the latest expression of one of the most rewarded Japanese whiskies in the world. Expressing a great fruity and sweet universe, it delivers in the palate all its aromatic power in a round and slightly oily texture.
Famous throughout the world with its 12, 17, 21 and 30 year old versions, Hibiki comes this time in a true Japanese harmony expressed through a blend work of Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts and Chita grain whiskies. The recipe is made from 5 main ingredients ; single malts aged in American white oak barrels, Sherry, Mizunara casks, plus a smoky malt whisky made from peated barley, and grain whisky to connect all the elements together.
The Hibiki Japanese Harmony can be enjoyed dry at room temperature in order to express its aromatic potential, but it can also be enjoyed in highball (with sparkling water and lots of ice) for a typical Japanese tasting experience !

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Bottling Note
Harmony – a rather apt word to describe this well-balanced Japanese blended whisky from the Hibiki range. Hibiki Japanese Harmony is made with malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. The whiskies are drawn from 5 different types of cask, including American white oak casks, Sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. The blend itself was crafted by the Suntory Whisky blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii. An elegant expression, with wafts of honey, orange, a herbaceous touch or two and light oak.
